Our story starts with founder Andy Mitchell, a former teacher with a decade of experience in Wiltshire and Hampshire schools. From Head of Faculty and Department (with a natural affinity for Media & Film!) to Staff Governor and Class Teacher, Andy's deep understanding of the education sector's inner workings became the cornerstone of our agency. In 2020, he transitioned from classroom to agency, bringing with him a passion for education and a keen eye for effective marketing strategies.

What began as a one-man endeavour has blossomed into a dynamic agency of five, each member bringing specialised expertise in Paid Advertising, Media Strategy, and Content Creation.
